Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

Lighthouse Apps LLC d/b/a Flux Energy is committed to making the Flux Energy platform and this marketing site usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the accessibility standard for both the product and the public site, and we treat accessibility as an engineering requirement—not an afterthought.

2. Conformance Status

The Flux Energy platform and marketing site are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We run automated WCAG 2.1 A/AA browser checks on public surfaces, semantic contract tests for representative product interfaces, and scheduled manual assistive-technology reviews. The most recent automated review was in July 2026. Findings are prioritized by severity and user impact.

3. Measures We Take

• Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so pages expose a meaningful structure to assistive technology
• Keyboard operability with visible focus indicators on interactive controls
• Skip-to-content links for keyboard and screen-reader navigation
• Color-contrast review of text, controls, and states against WCAG AA thresholds
• Support for prefers-reduced-motion so animation respects user settings
• Automated Axe browser checks and documented manual assistive-technology review records
• Accessibility criteria in code review for new and changed interfaces

4. Compatibility

Flux Energy targets compatibility with current versions of modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. We target usable browser zoom up to 200%; compatibility can vary by dashboard, browser, assistive technology, and customer configuration.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations under active remediation include some data-dense dashboards and older interfaces—specifically tab interfaces that do not yet expose full ARIA semantics, decorative icons that are not consistently labeled or hidden, and color contrast in certain charts.
