3–7× first-year return on the whole platform

Start with the size and mix of your fleet. The model estimates value across the departments Flux Energy supports, counts each mechanism once, and compares it with one annual license that includes onboarding.

What drives it

  • Residual availability: attribute the loss you still carry at 96%+ and act on it.
  • Predictive maintenance: precursor scoring into the work orders your CMMS already runs.
  • Evidence that holds: warranty, LTSA, subsidy, and curtailment claim files.
  • Contract settlement: PPA, subsidy, capacity, and community/royalty settlement in one subledger.
  • Fewer packs by hand: lender, board, regulator, and tax-equity reporting off one set of numbers.
  • Priced on capacity: weighted by asset class, so cost tracks the fleet, not the headcount.

What the model suggests

At multi-gigawatt scale, whole-platform value lands in the tens of millions a year against a single annual license. That is roughly 3–7× in year one, and about 2–3× on the evidenced value pools alone. Every fleet is different; we’ll map yours in a working session.

Estimate your first-year return

Set your capacity by asset class and the estimate updates as you go. Both the modeled value and the license reflect the size and mix of the fleet you enter.

2,500 MW nameplate

Nameplate MW of operating onshore wind across your portfolio.

Nameplate MW of operating offshore wind. Offshore carries more value per MW and weighs more in our pricing.

Utility-scale PV nameplate MW.

Battery storage nameplate MW, whether capacity-contracted or tolled.

Thermal nameplate MW, if any, for utility-scale gas in the same portfolio.

Estimated annual value vs. license

2,250 MW wind · 260 MW solar · 250 MW storage

Total annual value (whole platform) $36.9M – $80.8M
Annual license (Flux Complete, onboarding included) $11.9M
3.1–6.8× Year-one return on investment on whole-platform value · evidenced value alone 1.8–3.4×
Value: a whole-platform ledger for settlement and billing accuracy, curtailment and outage loss, fleet downtime, construction schedule, risk and breach avoidance, and the remaining department-level processes Each shared mechanism is counted once, converted to USD, and scaled to your fleet by value-weighted capacity. “Evidenced value” is the anchored pools and risk rows only. Cost: one annual license priced on value-weighted MW (asset class, declining with scale, annual minimum), Flux Complete at fleet scale and Flux Core below it, onboarding included. Excludes the attributed-recovery credit (up to 25% off year two if attributed recovery lands under 1.5× subscription). USD, illustrative, not customer results.

If attributed recovery falls short, year two costs less

The calculator is an estimate. At month 12, the Attributed Recovery Credit compares recovered value from closed records with what you paid. If the ratio is below 1.5×, Flux Energy applies a credit to year two.

1. Only losses we can act on are counted

The loss waterfall walks expected generation down to actual, step by step. Availability, settlement and claims are tagged attributable. Wind below forecast and statutory curtailment are not counted. Nobody recovers those, so they never inflate the ratio.

2. Every attributed dollar links to a closed record

Each line in the attributed-value ledger points back at the record that earned it, such as a closed loss event on a named turbine, a settlement with its variance corrected, a paid curtailment claim. Nothing is attributed on an open item, and every figure clicks through to its source.

3. Measured at month 12, credited against year two

Attributed value over subscription is the ARC ratio. Clear 1.5× and the platform paid for itself on evidence. Land under it and a credit is issued automatically, scaled to the shortfall and capped at 25% of the subscription, applied to your year-two invoice.

Every plant loses money it could have made. Flux Energy measures all of it in a loss waterfall, a settlement ledger, and a claims file. Some of it nobody controls. Flux Energy can act on the rest and prove it.

When Flux Energy fixes it, recovers it, or claims it, that value is attributed and linked to the record that proves it, and totalled.

At month twelve, the total is compared to your subscription. On this fleet it lands at $318,200 against a $196,000 subscription, or one and a half times what you paid and clear of it. Fall short, say $176,400 against the same $196,000, and the gap becomes a credit, up to twenty-five percent off year two, automatically. Measured on your ledger, not ours.

That's the Attributed Recovery Credit with Flux Energy.
